Citrix Files makes accessing your files from a Mac much easier. It allows you to access files and folders from ShareFile directly through Finder on your Mac. Content is streamed when it is accessed and not permanently stored on your computer. Changes made to files in the ShareFile folder are automatically saved back to the cloud. The process to enable connections from the Citrix Receiver is similar to configuring NetScaler Gateway to accept the Citrix XenApp connections, but with a minor difference. When configuring a NetScaler Gateway for XenApp connections, a Web Interface site contains information about the published applications that a user has rights to access. Citrix Files for Mac allows you to access your files directly through a mapped drive, providing a native Finder experience. Files are downloaded only when accessed, and temporarily stored on your computer. Changes made to the files are automatically saved back to the cloud.
Citrix Session instead of the floating toolbar, this session will not allow access to home printer(s) and/or local access the c: drive, even if an attorney is a member of the Remote Local Access group. Log off of this Citrix Session. Click the down-arrow next to the login account name (i.e., Smith, John (NYC) on the Citrix StoreFront Webpage. Starting Oct 1st new and RMA replacement devices will use serial number of appliance as password. For more information refer to CTX281552.

Symptoms or Error
If you install a fresh copy of Mac OS High Sierra on a new machine (not upgrade) and try to install NetScaler Gateway plugin for Mac, then you will see a popup indicating that the system extensions signed by 'Citrix Systems Inc.' were blocked.

Even though you see the message that installation was successful, VPN connections to NetScaler Gateway will not work.

This issue doesn't arise if you upgrade from older Mac OS to High Sierra because the extensions were already approved during the previous plug-in installation on older OS.
